The Bulletin is published twice a year (ISSN 2689-0283 (print); 2689-0291 (online)), with additional special issues published from time to time. Bulletin Issue 1 No.1 was circulated in June 2006.
Issues of the Bulletin were initially made available only to members of the Coalition for Peace and Ethics. In 2019, the CPE announced that it would make the Bulletin available to readers on line. Little Sir Press agreed to publish the Bulletin. The Bulletin started publication with Volume 14 (2019). Prior issues will be posted online (and made available in print form) by summer 2020.
